Anyone else not get an Employee Review?

I didn't get an actual employee review. Just a keep up the good work. I don't really give shit and my boss apparently didn't either - LOL. I wonder if it's because he really didn't want to invest any time in me. Although, he did give some acknowledgement, possibly praise, on some things that they really appreciated, but the lack of real negative feedback intrigued me given the negative real wage increase. I'm thinking they thought I was an ok employee and I can figure my shit out, I'm getting underpaid and they want me to stay, or they really didn't give a shit for better or fo worse.

Has anyone else gotten this type of review? How did you analyze it?
