Anyone know how I can pitch a TV show?

I have a show idea that could potentially be a hit and could be a catalyst for a large conversation surrounding a social institution that is often demonized but still embraced by a large percentage of the population.

It'll probably be a "The Office" type sit-com, but when I say "type" I mean it will relate to the comedic style be will be FAR from resembling it(has nothing to do with the corporate world).

How can I pitch this? I'm only in my early 20's and if this got picked up I could exit this hell hole known as finance.
