For my NYC folks-
Any recommendations on apt rentals? How much do you usually pay? I am looking for a studio or 1BR to live alone. Which websites are useful other than Trulia and Zillow? Which neighborhood or rental companies to avoid?
I’m sure a lot of people left ny due to the pandemic so the rent is cheaper now and wanted to move before it skyrockets, hopefully at a rent control apt.
