Sure but money affords you the ability to have a nutritionist/health coach, personal trainer, hair or teeth procedures, etc. Men generally get better looking with age and coupled with access to these services, confidence, and money you can elevate your attractiveness to women.
If you are wealthy, you can fix ugly with plastic surgery, etc.

If you find a girl who was born and raised in NYC, parents are likely immigrants, and they studied at a CUNY/SUNY, then they tend to have good heads on their shoulders. IYKYK
There are a lot of immigrants in NYC but most of them probably do not live in the city. I highly doubt girls who were raised in NYC have immigrant parents. Immigrants are usually kind of frugal and are not likely to be spending 5-10k per month in rent. The Cuny/Suny part is correct and that is because tuition is a lot lower than for a private school. Demand for CUNY has increased substantially because private schools like NYU are outrageously expensive
NYC is not just Manhattan; it includes Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island too lol
