Are these jobs legit?

So I took @Kassad" advice and looked into IB rather than working in a boiler room. I did a search for IB jobs in the United States and these popped up:

dotcom/Job/jobs.htm?suggestCount=0&suggestChosen=false&clickSource=searchBtn&typedKeyword=investment+banking+analyst&sc.keyword=investment+banking+analyst&locT=N&locId=1&jobType=">https://www.glassdoordotcom/Job/jobs.htm?sugges…

Are these jobs possible from a non-target? How do I get experience to get into these entry jobs? I don't understand how to get my foot in the door from a non-target.

When I spoke with Accenture, some 5 years ago, they were very open about having a 3.5 GPA cutoff for Management Consulting, and a bit lower for Technology Consulting. Other than that, they were interested in people with STEM or Econ/Business/Fin background, and liked candidates that could document leadership experience (club leaders, and such extracurricular activities).

Same goes for Deloitte, PwC, E&Y, and other consulting house that also offers advisory in corporate finance, etc.
