Best high protein seamless order?

So I’m a first year analyst who is super into bodybuilding and trying to maximize the seamless budget to get the most protein/$ for my dinners and want to eat as clean as I can so I can stay lean. I also don’t really have time to meal prep as I’m pretty busy on weekend. What spots in NY do you like? Places like Sweetgreen, DIG etc are nice but a lot of the fast casual chains are extremely high in sodium and have inflammatory processed seed oils. For example, you’d think a Chipotle chicken salad would be healthy but everything is fried in processed rapeseed and canola oil and it has basically your entire’s day worth of sodium. For me in NY, Hello Saigon in Chelsea and their grilled chicken vermicelli and Locanut in Chelsea have been really good. What are your go-to healthy spots? What are the highest protein meals (above 50 grams of protein) you get on seamless?

I thought the Chipotle chicken only has 300mg sodium.

yeah apparently chipotle has 310 mg of sodium per serving of chicken but they use canola and rapeseed oil (including for peppers) which I am not a fan of

I looked at DIG’s nutrition info and one serving (38g of protein) of chicken had 900 mg of sodium and I was shocked.

I'm obsessed with this protein powder. It tastes so good. And you can throw in 2 scoops in a cup for 56g of protein. I usually just do one scoop with about 7oz of water.

I've tried a bunch of protein powders and the majority of them are absolutely fucking disgusting. They all have gross fake sugar like sucralose, stevia, etc in them and it ruins them.

Just call nearby bodega and get them to weigh out what you need. They may be able to walk it over too (assuming NYC)

Example: 5oz Chicken breast, 100 grams rice and toss some veggies

Usually for dinner I’d have something like:

Mon: Big burger, milkshake and fries

Tues: Steak, Brussel sprouts, potatoes

Wed: Seamless some sushi

Thurs: Seamless a salad

Fri: Usually some junk food

Sat: I skip dinner on most Saturdays

Sun: Salad
