- Reuters reports that at least $1 billion worth of customer funds have vanished from the failed crypto exchange.
- Two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters that ex-CEO Sam Bankman-Fried transferred $10 billion of customer funds from FTX to the digital asset trading house, Alameda Research.
Good lord, crypto really is the wild west. His prop trading firm Alameda was just a group of 20 somethings in the Bahamas who all slept with each other and may have not even traded any money.

I tried posting about this guy's connections to the US government, particularly the Democrat party, yesterday and my thread in the crypto forum that had maybe 1 comment got taken down. I then tried posting a thread in Off Topic specifically regarding the takedown and mods stuck that over in the crypto forum. The censorship is getting disgustingly out of hand.
