Blue Light Glasses
Ignoring the blatant ad that was posted earlier, do blue light glasses actually work? Staring at a screen for the better part of my day I have been curious.
If so, what are some good brands?

Never used them but a bunch of people I work with swear by them. Almost everyone went with Felix Grey, with a handful buying Warby Parker.
I tried Felix Grey (non-Rx) and they gave me crazy headaches. I couldn't tell if they helped because they gave me such bad eye strain. Had to return them. I may try another brand sometime though to give it another shot.
That's brutal; I haven't heard of that happening to other people so maybe you need a prescription pair instead of the general ones?
I have prescription and regular pair from Gunnar Optiks, would highly recommend them.
A friend of mine uses Blue Blox and loves them. I was looking into this myself, so interested to see the suggestions and feedback here.

Got some MVMT ones a while back with a 15% off discount code thanks to PMT if there are any other AWL's here I definitely recommend them. I have some friends that went with some super cheap ones off of Amazon and they seem to function exactly the same for a fraction of the price.
Definitely work. During one of my SA summers I had splitting headaches. Got some glasses with blue light and it helped. I just go to lens crafters, pick out some frames and then get clear lenses with the blue light. I usually get them for $50 (for the pair of clear lenses w blue light) then pay for the frames. I got some sweet burberry frames and it is totally worth it because I wear them all day long.
