book/movie idea: the big short
I have an idea to write a book/film a movie called 'the big short'. It will be about the 2008 Wall Street gurus who predicted the financial crisis, and how they used this prediction to make a lot of money for themselves and for their investors. What do you guys think about my book/movie idea?
Or have a twist ending, so that the real villains are greedy Boomers who over-leveraged their homes or didn't read the fine print on their mortgages and then got their comeuppance, losing everything. Only in the mid-credits scene it's shown that just like they'd been doing all along, they decided to vote for bailouts for themselves and pass the costs on to future generations.
