For guys age 40-70 there was a 15% increase in testosterone when they started working out. But keep in mind, testosterone is much more plentiful among young people so the change may not be as dramatic

Other things go into testosterone production as well, mainly sleep quality, diet, cortisol levels etc. You could probably pretty substantially increase your testosterone by getting into a better sleep schedule, eating healthier, and working out as you talk about here. Or you could do the opposite, tank your test, then go and try and get TRT

Also though deadlift and squats can be very bad for the untrained. Lots of people do these exercises so incorrectly that it can damage the spine and other body parts.

I've looked quite a bit into the factors impacting natural test production as well as used exogenous testosterone and other androgens. Dr. Andrew Huberman is a great source on natty test shit. He has a whole series of podcasts on hormones that aired sequentially about 6 months ago if anyone's curious. I wanted to comment on the nofap thing. There actually is a huge spike in test that occurs after something like 3 weeks of no ejaculation. I don't know how long it lasts or whether it's indefinite. But that's all ejaculation. So sex is included. So if your goal on nofap is to get to a place where you're having sex, I think it can be a great idea. But you have to continue not ejaculating, which seems really noncongruent with the type of guys who would care about their test levels to begin with.
As far as supps - The only "natural" shit I've found that actually works - outside of being high-normal in all your standard micronutrients and minerals - Fadogia Agrestis & Tongkat Ali

How does porn (without anything else) in any way effect testosterone? It’s just looking at a screen. Do you gain test by watching Arnold movies?

It depends, if you have low T due to some issues, there are natural supplement, but unfortunately, for many people low T is just normal.
Don't know how anyone answered this question and recommended gear w/out asking how old OP was, or asking what his test levels actually are. If OP is a HS or college kid, he's almost certainly producing more than enough test naturally and steroids are going to fuck up his natural production (i.e., will not be able to produce much naturally after getting off gear).
If you're eating a low fat diet, you actually can/will increase testosterone significantly by upping your fat intake. If you're eating enough fat (~2/3 of a gram per lb of body weight), are living healthy lifestyle, are 25+, and actually have low testosterone, look into getting a prescription.
