Canadians - How has your progression been?

Hey!

To all my fellow Canadians.

How has your progression been every year since you graduated in terms of titles/work and comp.

Are you happy with how everything turned out?

In short, not very happy with how my career turned our so far. Had a setback in my first job, and had to settle for some menial roles before doing something more entrepreneurial. The job market in Canada is just not that great for interesting roles at promising companies. Doing an MBA in the US now and aiming for banking. We'll see how that turns out.
