Clearing the air with a women from work?

There is a very hot, beautiful women at work who I have known for a couple of months. She has a bf. Due to the dynamics of our work relationship I have never seen her as potential dating material. Our relationship at work has always been strictly platonic. However a couple of weeks ago she has started liking me and inviting me out with her friends and one to one. I only saw her actions here as being friendly. I think she mistook my behaviour and felt that I feel the same way. I only saw her as a potential friend and recently through my actions and the way I speak to her I have subtly made clear that I only see her as a friend . But this has made things really, really awkward around us. It is clear she likes me, I am 100% certain.

How do I clear the air between us?

You already think she's good looking and you're friends, why not just ride it out for a little while?
