Correlation between productivity & fapping
Gentleman, I recently embarked on my no-fapping journey after realizing the detriment it has had on my productivity and mental clarity.
I am not sure if fapping is the sole reason or if my Mary Jane abuse contributes as well.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

Yeah I recently stopped dropping hammers on my foot because I think the constant bruising might be correlated

Tony Hawk was a guest on a podcast I listen to where people send in questions occasionally, and someone asked this question. Tony just said that the time used for that (and really the time used for finding the "perfect" scene and fixating on that) could be better used for whatever. There's a lot of medical research that supports the potentially negative side effects on the brain too that I won't mention here.

Dude being in an LDR I fap like 4-5 times a day at minimum and I'm a certified every day smoker. Top-rated in my group. If you lose your edge just cuz you cum a couple times I think it oughta be a red flag that you're lacking in endurance where it really matters. Go eat some tofu soyboi.
Can't speak to the Mary Jane but I try and have an orgasm 10 -15 times a week. I am also married so if I get 2+ of those a week from my wife thats great, either way I' its faps mcgee! Doing so helps keep me positive and I'm able deal with all the bull shit. Very situation dependent. For doing "blocking and tackling" type work (getting back to emails,, finishing decks, keeping processes moving along, staying organized and on top of shit etc.) I could see how being sort of mentally charged up (ie no fap/sex) would help with that.
But if I'm doing the important and semi-creative stuff like reading a market situation and trying to see it from a new angle to develop a trade . . yeah I'd rather not be distracted by thinking about how much I want the receptionist to be naked.
