Background: Meet someone out at the bars, Came back to my place, got really good vibes, has continued to text, but she has been really "busy" since. She is a consultant, so I have reason to believe that she is actually busy, but we all know that girls that say they are "busy" are typically not that interested. I feel like in this case I should give her the benefit of the doubt because she has actually been responding to my text. I have asked her if she wanted to go out on Friday and she already has plans (once again understandable).
Is the move to just play the also not interested card - and just not text back?
Put it out on the table and say I got good vibes and would like to actually get to know her more?
Just keep casually texting and see what happens?

Kind of figured - and think that is the move - I could understand how trying to have/start a relationship with someone who is busy can also be hard though. I have never dated someone in a field where they are busy so its hard for me to tell.
When she said she was busy Friday, did you respond with another concrete day to try to make plans (what days are you free next week then, etc.)? If she’s consistently responding to texts I’d think that implies she’s interested and wouldn’t dock her for being busy for a Friday, but obviously it’s a two way street for effort and if she’s continuously vague about when she can see you then I’d cut your losses.
Sounds like a people pleaser who doesn't want to reject or ghost you, but isn't that interested - if she was she would have given you a different day. Consulting is a busy field, but it's unlikely she's so underwater she can't meet at all. I'd keep texting casually if you're willing to be friends, but don't expect anything

Just be straight up and say that you had a good time but u can’t really tell if she’s interested so u’d appreciate if she could be honest and lyk. Don’t be rude but say ur not tryna pressure her ur just tryna know because ur bad at reading hints and don’t wana bug her if she’s not interested and u respect her regardless
