BlackRock is extremely conservative when it comes to their drug test policies. They're notoriously one of the few private sector companies who actually do a hair test.
What has your usage been like? I needed to pass a hair test for a different company and was able to do so, theres no way to really beat a hair test like you can with urine, but there are ways to increase your chances.
@jss09 I'm just preparing in advance...I aspire to have an internship there next summer so I assume if I stop now I'll be fine? They only go up to 3 months right?
The shampoos are detectable. It like when you water down your piss... the shampoo strips out more than just the drug 'DNA' or whatever you wanna call it so they can test (and normally do) for things that should and should not be there.
Hair tests are beatable, no don't wax, there are shampoos made to beat them.
If you dont know what your talking about, why would you respond to this question? You clearly have not done any research on the matter. Shampoos do not "beat" any test, the only way to affect results within the detection period is to damage your scalp via bleaching and redyeing your hair, google the JerryG method for more info.
You have nothing to worry about if you plan on quitting. The test is only detectable up to 90 days due to the fact they take 1.5 inches of hair, and typically your hair grows at .5 inches per 30 days.

Usually blood, hair and fingernail.
Actually they just require a semen sample, more accurate.

Just out of curiousity, how do you know they hair test? Do you or anyone you know have experience with BlackRock?
