I just started having Freshly delivered to me so I can get some quick, extra (and healthy) calories throughout the day. I'll let you know how it goes in a week or two. I also looked at Trifecta but the price per meal was way more jacked up than Freshly was and they seem similar as far as calories and macros go.

On the others ones, I'll UberEats Sweetgreens here and there and there is a snap kitchen location near my office that i'll go to as well (never had it delivered though); it's pretty good nutrition wise but not the best tasting stuff in the world. My ex used to get Green Chef every week and those were pretty solid; they were kind of annoying to make but she was willing to do it while I worked or worked out or whatever I was doing at that time so it was cool with me.

As a quick update, Freshly has been treating me pretty well so far. The meals taste pretty solid, all you have to do is microwave them and the macros on them aren't too bad. My one complaint is that I would prefer that they were stacked a bit more protein heavy but it's still pretty solid and you get to pick the specific meals that they deliver to you each week. Roughly 500 - 600 calories for each one and 30ish grams of protein each. I recommend it as a cheap and easy way to just add calories each day.

I've used them all probably Doordash and UberEats the most but have recently been walking to grab local takeout because of the crazy service and delivery fees. I'll do that on the weekends and typically get meal delivery service for the "healthy" option during the week. I've tried a good amount of them - Freshly, Mighty Meals, Trifecta, Hello Fresh, Territory and a few local places and catering companies.

I would say Freshly is the best by a fair margin. They have the best price/meal and still taste good and fairly healthy. The other ones can get crazy expensive and/or taste like shit, even going the bulk route.
