if your reaction to free advice from people in jobs that you want is to say "ok boomer" then you should reflect on what is making you so sour. your attitude matters a great deal, and this is exactly the kind of response that will not help you in life.

My disdain comes from a place of deep cringe where certain people in this industry feel the need to view a national holiday that is largely accepted as a time for rest and relaxation as an opportunity to “mOnEtIzE tHiEr nEtWoRK”.
