Always thought it was funny that people raged over the idea of folks doing this. You mean if you show preferential treatment towards a group over an arbitrary characteristic that has no bearing on their ability to perform, people not in that group will try to game the system to maximize their own advantage? For business school no less? My god it's almost like people respond to incentives...
