Growth Equity and Venture Capital

Any insight on clubs, events, etc. that are especially helpful for Growth Equity/VC in California? Would love input on recruiting for a Growth Equity internship.

Berkeley is not really a target for most of the traditional VC/GE shops (Bessemer, Insight, GA, Summit..etc), but I would recommend a lot of cold-outreach and networking. As for organizations on campus, there's BVC and some of the entrepreneurship or business frats could help (alums are associates/VPs at firms). As for VC, you have the entire Bay Area network at your disposal, but there is not much structured support for undergrads.

Check Out Fellowships with awesome networks: DRF,  RDV, Contrary, Accel Scholars (Berkeley - Specific)
