Healthy Food Options Via Seamless
Anyone have good healthy options they do for free seamless from their companies? Personally trying to track macros and calories and figuring out whats the best way to do that and also get the free food. Is Muscle Maker Grill accurate with their calories / macros from what they put on their website? Chipotle? Other options?
Japanese is pretty healthy. Greek is good as well.
Aren't the carbs pretty ridiculous for sushi?
Portion sizes though... you’re eating like 300 calories of rice max. And don’t get it loaded up with spicy Mayo and cream cheese and other weird shit on top, that’s unhealthy and an insult to real sushi making.
You don’t have to order rice if you don’t want to. You can get Sashimi. Carbs are good fuel for workouts though.
Chipotle with no rice cheese sour cream tortilla is healthy
Al horno
I like muscle maker for sure. Thats definitely my main go-to. Once back in office, SG and Chopt are also good. Naya for off days.
Is Muscle Maker's food accurate with what they say calories / macros are on the website?
I'm not 100% sure but some people I work with who are much healthier than I've been lately all order from them and vouch for it, so I trust them. That'd be kinda fucked up if MM was totally lying.
I try to get a salad but now that I went home to a rural area, I go subway salads
