Herald Towers NYC...good/bad?

personally i would only live in midtown with the tourist mobs on 34th and penn station traffic if i worked very close nearby. i live near columbus circle=epicwinz

my office is in midtown and i'm going to live downtown (fidi)

I like the area, Korea(way)town is right next to it, sick restaurants there :D

Patrick, a new section devoted to living arrangements, housing, etc. in the big finance hubs may be a good idea. Thoughts, anyone??

ivote, I'd toss it in the Suggestions area. I really don't think it warrants it's own forum though (there are threads like these every couple pages, but thats really not enough to make an entire forum out of, corpfin, personal fin, etc are all more feasible options imho)

Any more recommendations on midtown apartments?? Is there such a forum to discuss this?

One of my Chinese friend has been residing in Herald towers since one year, a full service luxury apartment building with all the facilities.A good one to hang on.

hahaha. I had a buddy that lived at the Herald Towers for a summer when we were both living up there and I was living in the fucking terrible NYU dorms. Location sucks but overall apartments seemed nice.

personally i think its much more worth it to find a dope renovated non doorman building or the like and save half the costs. i have a 2 story 2 bed 2.5 bath 2 living room with viking/sub zero/wine fridge/porsche design kitchen with a large washer dryer ROOM with a second fridge in it at 58th and 9th for 3500 a month.

there isnt a name like i said its just a random walk up near columbus circle :> lol
