How do you all eat healthy during crunch time?

I find myself eating a lot of unhealthy food/stress eating when I'm in earnings season and I end up bloating. What are some tips/food recs you all; have for going through crunch time? Is it just loading up on caffeinated drinks to suppress appetite + chowing down Naya/Sweetgreen?

Honestly, you just gotta condition your mind to crave healthy things during lunch time. For me, even on Fridays where I eat "cheat meals," I still get a salad wrap or something healthy.

Besides that, caffeine, gum, nicotine, cucumbers, etc all help when I get hunger cravings. In the winter, I'll treat myself to a protein shake when I get hungry.

Thanks! How do you suggest I go about conditioning my mind to think this way? Also, what's a good source of quick nicotine that isn't Zyn or a vape?

Just do OMAD. It is difficult for some at first, but once you're in the routine its super easy.

Do you eat before or after working out?

On days when you workout, I think its best to get some carbs in before and then eat after. If you don't workout that day, then you can just eat 1 meal. Fasted state workouts are ok too - I'll usually have some Gatorade in them, which is technically calories. But, if you don't sweat during the workout, you don't need Gatorade really.

I haven't been good about working out lately. My schedule has been insane. It's not clearing up until maybe next year if I get an MBA then I will have more time.
