Yeah it's probably still pretty nice weather in Southern Europe. Or better yet hit up South America. It's summer time there, Buenos Aires is 85 degrees, you could hit up Santiago, Rio, Medellin, etc super cheap once you've flown down there. The $USD goes quite far.
