How to deal with short/ugly senior bankers

Seemingly all of the annoying and aggressive senior bankers to work with are short and ugly. The tall good looking ones are way more chill, and if they’re dicks they at least are good at focusing on what’s actually important and are not insecure in themselves.

How do you deal with the short ones? Does making subtle short jokes make them more angry, or does it subconsciously make them feel beneath you so they back off?

This is actually something so true, tall/attractive people are always portrayed as douchebags yet it’s the opposite, they’re always chill n nice and it’s the bald napoleons or short people who always have some kind of ego or chip on their shoulder
