Hi, I was wondering how to find a buyer for a really tiny firm based in US & Canada?

The company works in financial consulting space and has a website and agreements with B2B providers, it works in RCBI space and price is fixed at 21k USD. It provides citizenship in carribbean, EU and US EB-5

The company has been in business for almost three years, It had news coverage on Business Insider, Yahoo Finance and AP News and other news outlets, along with sponsored articles in citizenship by investment industry magazine. It includes two companies. The other one was formed last year. Also I will be working with the new owner for a month to help transition and build contacts with service providers and freelancers. The gross profit per client is around 12-15k USD for a single applicant for a Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts passport. I don't have the capital to market it or keep it running, that's the reason I'm selling.

he profit depends upon the family size of the applicant and they country they choose to apply their residency permit or citizenship to.

The profit for Caribbean is usually 12-15k USD gross, Portugal Golden Visa which is quite popular with Americans is 25-35k USD and US EB-5 is 50k USD.

There are other lower volume programs like Turkey, Greece. We have agreements to offer all legally run official programs for Citizenship or Permanent Residence.

The company has a website and good PR and media, Selling due to need for cash.

The asking price for the company is 21k USD.

PM me for details, Thanks for your interest

This is definitely a load of LARP. If your website is real, drop the link, let’s take a look and see since you’re interested in selling anyways.

Hi I am from central Africa and studying in usa. I am interested in passports.

Can you please send me the pass port pricing?

Also note, pricing for citizenship by investment starts 110k USD and onwards, but you can get a huge discount if you apply after buying the company which is 14k USD

Use a business broker, or there is a startup that specifically does micro business marketplace work (kind of like the Shopify exchange for e-commerce) Just Google around, and be prepared to offer seller financing lol

Deal size is too small for any kind of middle-man to get involved
