Title says it best. I have a porn addiction. Until now, it didn't really bother me but I am now realizing that I have a problem. "Quit porn bro, you're an addict" they said. "Oh shut it, all of y'all. I can quit whenever I want" I said arrogantly while sobbing to the side knowing that I can't just quit whenever I want. Eating while watching spongebob and seeing a particular fish guess what, I was spanking it to that. My summer internship this past summer thankfully was virtual so fortunately for me, I didn't have to be in the office 90+ hours a week otherwise I might be in the bathroom doing a Sandiego thank you to myself and just telling my analysts/associates that I went for a smoke break. I jerked off on market updates, deal calls (while taking notes of course), and camera off zoom networking calls. Smh just typing that made me disgusted at myself. You won't believe this, somehow with all my wanking this summer, I managed to jerk myself to a full time return offer to start summer of 2021. I've tried everything. I downloaded an app that blocks the porn off my phone and told a friend to set the password for the app and never tell me. Guess what I just did this morning, yep I uninstalled it. Shocker, who didn't see that coming. If I couldn't just uninstall it, I would have just thrown the phone away and bought a new one. What's crazy is prior to my jerking problems, I was a player (good with the ladies) but when I started living by myself in college and working a full time job to pay for all my bills and shit, I started using it to "relieve stress" I told myself. I did it so much that I even started losing interest in get this, actual women. I even gained weight. Am I a sicko? Do I need to be baptized again? The first time didn't help but is twice the charm? How do I stop this shit and still "relieve stress" (which I have a ton of) before my analyst stint starts in 2021? Appreciate you guys... and girls of course (not sexist). I'm making it a joke because they say laughter is the best medicine but ain't shit funny. All jokes aside, I really do need help and stuff from those of you who are currently or have had an addiction to porn. P.S. dont ask me who my favorite actress is. I like them all. I'm serious. There are people who literally started an hour ago and I already know them.

1) delete all the shortcuts to porn from your computer / phone browser, and add a parental porn blocker
2) spend more time outside with other people
3) when you feel the urge to watch porn and self-serve, go outside and do something (anything) physical (you can't realistically watch porn and self-serve when you are around other people)...exercise, take a walk, try to talk to people...maybe even flirt and try to get a date for later in the week. Go interact with other humans.
4) commit yourself to only having sex with other people...this will motivate you to GO OUT...flirt..date....flirting is just like a muscle...get really good at flirting by doing more of it, regularly...Like every other day. If you are single and have a normal healthy sex drive, you should be on the dating apps setting up dates with multiple people every week....you should be socializing and flirting with every attractive potentially suitable woman you meet. You probably are not doing this...start doing this
