i feel depressed because i don’t know if i can get a visa sponsor to dubai

I’m trying to break into investment banks from Pakistan

my family are all Ex Senior Bankers from Citibank but the only way i can get interviews through my dad but he doesn’t have many connects in dubai

i don’t know if Internships at JP , Goldman , MS , Citi offer paid internships or accept foreign individuals or just hire local emiratis for internships to oppose hiring visa sponsored interns

i don’t know what to do, i know i would work 18 hours a day just to clear a BB Bank Job i don’t even wanna be happy i just want to work and create my worth professionally

get into the best school there for finance/engineering (lums etc) or begin to take on internships at local banks there (habib etc). You have to prove yourself, no one will give you these kind of offers on a silver platter.
