Ideas for Intern Event

I happened to be the lucky intern sitting closest to the MD at the time and earned myself the task of planning/coordinating some intern events for this summer. I want to plan something where we won't hate being there but I also don't want to make my MD think "what a dumb fucking intern" when I propose it.

So naturally turning to WSO to crowdsource something that might be enjoyable and can somewhat sell as beneficial. For some background: 8 total interns, no more than two of us on a single independently operating team and around 50 people total/maybe 15 people who would be willing to speak at said events. Much appreciated, my idea of a blade to the hamptons isn't going well so far.

Monticello is one of the coolest places in the trig-state area. I've been there for a few M-Track days and nothing tops it
