Ideas Needed: 21st in NYC

Alright. So, fellow monkeys, I'm turning 21 early into my summer gig in Manhattan. Not sure whether I'll be living in the City or not this summer, but I figure I may as well start thinking about how to make my 21st fucking epic.

I'm willing to waste about $2500 or so. Ideas? Possibilities: rent out a bar (not sure how much this costs), or go club hopping? I dunno. What's the Tunnel of 2012, anyway?

Hell, can I wear a suit? It's months away but, by god, I'm so excited.

just an idea...

Forgot to mention my desire to avoid the Bridge and Tunnel crowd.

Valid point.

Just go out and do what you want to do. If you end up spending $2500, well, you did something really right or really wrong. Oh, and just because nobody has mentioned it, maybe set a couple hundred aside for bail money. You never know what might happen.
