On a serious note: I was thinking of upgrading to the iPhone 4, but this video was pretty eye opening. How is Sprint's service? AT&T has a lot of issues, but it isn't as though Sprint is Verizon. Thoughts?
Sprint kind of is Verizon - they have cross-roaming. I've had Sprint service for ~4 years now, don't have any problem with the call quality or data speeds/availability - only times I get spotty service are when I'm in certain neighborhoods in the suburbs (maybe because they're wooded or something). In terms of Sprint customer service, they've gotten better over the last couple years. If I didn't have this ridiculous plan ($30/mo 500min/unlim text/data/bunch of extra perks) I might be open to switching to Verizon (but not AT&T), but given this plan that's just not practical.
