I own a Oura ring and work in a traditional investment bank as an analyst. Is it bad for an analyst to wear an Oura ring in the office? Most probably don’t know it’s a Oura ring and assume it’s jewelry (I don’t wear jewelry) - don’t want to come off as too casual.

It is but I got a used fitbit at Best Buy for $60 and felt it does a good job even without the Fitbit+ subscription.

Will you wearing a ring personally affect me? No, it will not. Will I personally think you're kind of a goof for 1) thinking it matters in office and 2) broadcasting the fact you care what other think? Yes, but also kinda not really... Also something something.... selling your personal health data for no monies is kinda silly.
Didn't they have a massive data scandal or something recently? If anyone actually cares, which most won't, it'll likely be to think it's dumb that you're using it.
