Is it common to see people watching Masters on trading floor?
Title says it all. I joined my desk about summer last year and so this year was the first time I saw my seniors watching it on their machines.

It's not just the Masters - people will lots major sporting events - wait until the World Cup next year...

Ah speaking of watching sports on the floor, brings back a funny anecdote:
when I was summer interning, Italy was playing France (?) in the world cup. The junior trader on the rates deriv desk had the balls to ask the MD if he would mind switching the floor tv from cnbc to espn so they could watch the game. The MD replied: “Actually yes I do mind. If you want to watch the game why don’t you go home and watch it.”
Never assume you can get away with slacking off even if the seniors are all doing it.
