Looking for a roommate in DFW

Hey guys- just took a job in Dallas starting in January, and current looking for a roommate. I'm finding that in a market rate building for a one bedroom, rents are around $1,600 - 2,000, but for a two bedroom, it drops down to $1,000 - $1,400 per person.

Clearly it's much more cost effective to live with someone, and ideally, it would be a like-minded finance professional. Particularly looking to live in Uptown, Deep Ellum, or Victory Park.

About me:
-23 y/o male
-Interests: college football/basketball, sailing, skiing, poker, biking, lacrosse, traveling, hiking/climbing
-Pretty neat, clean, and organized
-Like to socialize and go out a few nights a month
-Will be in office in January so likely will not be WFH at all

Lmk if you're interested and we can talk more.
