Mental health

Been on the desk for a little over two years now and it’s taking a toll on my mental health. Constant 95+hr weeks with no time off, missing family vacations and get-togethers, even when I make it to those events im not there mentally because im worried about the work accumulating or what im missing.

What do you guys do to stay in the game mentally? Im gonna burn out in the next year or two at this rate. I started using Headspace, but curious of any other tips, platforms, or tools you guys have found helpful.

Thanks

you just gotta stand outside at night and stare at the sky and go back inside and lock in

I like to hire hookers, then have them just do random household chores. Their confusion is amusing, and I don’t have to do the chores in my few spare hours. Costs a lot, though.
