I think they’re comparable in a lot of ways. High level, both have outsized goals and want to change the world/save humanity.

Poor kid is going to be bullied to death.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.

I wonder if he will just go by "X" - like Xzibit

Controversial

Mega cuck Dorsey is a fucking virus to modern society

Cathie Wood 💪🏻💪🏻 She is far better than Warrin Buffet or Peter Linch. Probably Elon too.

Warrin Buffet and Peter Linch - wow lol ok

To be perfectly honest - Elon Musk is the man. I completely respect other billionaires, but this man used pure science to exploit greatness. I think what Jeff Bezos did with Amazon is incredible, but just took some vision and hard work. Elon literally changed the car industry and went to space. His car greatness proved to be so good that he beats supercars in speed with his product.

The next Elon Musk will probably not come for 50 - 100 years. It will probably be one involved with nanotechnology and the integration of computers with our bodies. This will be the next step for humanity.

I hope integration of computers with our bodies never happens. What if a human slowly replaced nearly every part of their body with computers and robotics so they are no longer flesh and blood? Would you even call that a human? And then there's the concern of the person who controls the computer abusing their power to control humans. This kind of technology is beyond my knowledge, but it seems like pretty scary stuff to me.

We kind of are partial computers at this point. Having our phones and all that processing power at our fingertips essentially makes us superhumans compared to say 100 years ago. Put any ordinary person from today with their phone in a room with even the smartest people of that time and have them try changing a tire or solving a math problem. The person with their phone today can watch a youtube tutorial and have a much easier and more efficiently do whatever task compared to that person.

The integration is essentially making the bandwidth to absorb that information even faster. I don't have a technology background and I'm sure there are more serious threats and issues compared to today. But along with that comes progress and the resolution to issues we never knew possible. Same thing with cars compared to 100 years ago. Yeah, car accidents are one of the leading causes of death today, but they are just a part of our society its pretty hard to imagine not having a car for the risk of getting in an accident. I think computer/human integration will be a similar concept that we will have to eventually adapt and live with the risks and scariness. Im just here to ride the wave.

I think that would be cool actually, its a sort of ship of theseus dilemma. Obviously if you ripped out your brain and put in a robot brain, you'd die. But what if your brain cells were slowly replaced, one by one, by nanobots or whatever? There would be no sudden break in consciousness and thus no "death". Once your brain became fully machine, you could become fully immortal. I hope this technology is developed soon enough that I can become immortal
