no reply from patrick after 2 days
2 days back i emailed patrick with regards to the wall st mentor service but he has yet to reply me although it is stated on this website that he will reply within 24 hours
anyone has similar experience? how long did u had to wait?
They are doing a complete makeover on the website - cut him some slack
I've had good experience with WSO/WSP customer service. I would agree with the above that you caught him at a particularly busy time.
