It's like in college you're pressured to drink. In IB, are you pressured to certain hard drugs like cocaine? Can I just pretend to be an ardent christian or something so my not doing these drugs doesn't reflect badly on me? But I'm just really worried about my health since certain things aren't completely pure and stuff.

I never felt pressured to drink in college, and if you are that weak where you have to make up a religious excuse because you can't just say "no thanks, I don't want to," then maybe you should do some cocaine so you can stop being such a pussy
I've literally never in 10+ years in IB or in IB internships come across drugs in a professional context (which includes work socials). I'm sure you can find it if you look for it, but it for sure isn't pressured.
Fun plot twist would be if you were actually hoping for a "yes" from this forum and just positioning the OP as hoping for a "no" to justify it to your partner / mam / etc. later ("oh but I didn't want to, see here you're pressured to")
