NYC FT Manhattan Roommate Search for July 2022

Hey all,

I am starting in a front office role in Midtown mid-July and was looking to get a place with a lease starting in early July. After realizing that studios/1 br are incredibly expensive and cramped, I thought it would be a good idea to do a last minute search for 1 roommate in case anyone came to the same realization I did. A few key points

-I am a recent college graduate starting in his first entry-level analyst role in Midtown. I played college soccer, would consider myself the middle between an introvert/extrovert, go out maybe once every week/every other week, and consider myself to be very clean.

-Neighborhoods: I have no preference provided the commute is within 25 min to midtown by public transport (East Village, Flat Iron, Lenox Hill, Hell's Kitchen, etc). Nightlife is NOT an important factor to me.

Budget: 1800 - 2500 (if on the higher end, I would prefer a no fee apartment if possible)

Demographics: Straight 22 year old half-white half-asian male

Contact: PM on WSO, would be happy to do a video call later on to prove I am not a weirdo and sort out more details.
