More importantly, where is your housing and how big of an apartment is it? When did you sign a lease? What kind of rental concession (if any) are you getting? If I'm paying $3,000/mo in rent but got 4 months free, then I'm not really being honest about what my net rent is...
Also are you limiting this to Manhattan or are you open to NJ and other boroughs? Lots of people commute in.
