NYC Roommate hunt
Hi! Looking for a roommate for late July/ Aug 1st move-in. My roommate is moving out of the city so I’m also switching apartments and have some upcoming tours. Let me know if you’re interested in joining in on the apt hunt or lease!
Budget: 2500-2800 /per person Apt must haves: W/D + dishwasher in-unit Location: flexible, preferably Manhattan and close to a train station
Basically I just work long hours, dislike clutter, and am a bit of a clean freak esp when it comes to the bathroom and kitchen so just need to room with someone who isn’t into throwing ragers on weekdays or leaving dirty dishes in the sink for days on end. Also I have a cat (fyi in case ur allergic).
