I'm a big 4 senior who wants to sit for manager this year. I also need green card and was told that I will be eligible for sponsorship when I become manager. But I'm afraid I may got hold on promotion as they know I won't leave because I need green card. Any advices on how to lead such conversation or to negotiate? Thanks!
