Career Resources
Was recently hit up for a role at a similar sized institution. The role would be head portfolio manager with a fast track to cheif credit officer (retirement in 6 months). This is a mutual bank that serves a rural market. They said they wanted somebody not from banking. Thoughts on what a day in the life would be like? What would be a reasonable comp range form your perspective?
Interested as well. Can you provide background and career path to this point? Banks that are less than $25Bn along with credit unions are really interesting and not much information is available. Looking forward to your response.
How did you build such confidence in yourself?
Rem veritatis provident non. Quisquam ab corporis quo consectetur impedit commodi et.
