Have been getting to the later stages recruiting offcycle with a fund and took a modeling test over this past weekend. The team reviewed it this week and confirmed through the recruiter they were impressed and want to bring me in for a super day. I proposed some times, have not heard back yet, and followed up but still have received no reply. I know there was one other person ahead of me who had a super day the week prior and my read right now is he might have the offer extended and they are waiting for a no from him to schedule my super day. Either way, I've been ghosted by a firm's team and HR before, but never a recruiter. Am I screwed?
