Sleep talking

I just was told by a family member I pitched them a whole ass investment strategy in my sleep (I remembered I was awake after that talk or maybe they woke me up and I told them to shut the door and let me sleep when I was concious). Does anyone sleep talk? Should I see a therapist for this? Is this a sign of obsessing over your work? I legit am not stressed out I love what I do and I have good sleep whenever I want. I also live a rather comfortable life (but being born frugal I have a predatory mindset when it comes to money). I searched online and they say I took too much caffeine before bed (I took like 3 coke in the morning and 1 before bed). Please chime in guys

I do still remember I was mumbling gibberish now I am recalling. But I don't remember what I said in my sleep. But them telling me it was numbers and %s sounds plausible. I remember after the gibberish talk or some shit I just turn conscious from my sleep and tell them to close the door so I can sleep

I legit never sleep talk or have anyone tell me I sleep talk. I searched it up and they say it might be my brain haven't went to sleep completely due to caffeine or blue screen or stress. I am on break right now so stress is non existence. And I remembered I had half a bottle of coke before bed so maybe that's why haha
