Snacks in IB
Sitting at the desk I’ve found it’s so easy to munch aimlessly. When I’m busy, stressed, or even remotely hungry I find my first reaction is to start eating.
I work out regularly, have a clean diet overall, and am not worried at all about getting fat. The bigger issue is that most snacks tend to crash my energy and leave me wiped for the next 30- 1 hr.
Does anyone have any recommendations for light snacks that will keep you full without draining energy? Or other tips to keep energy levels high throughout the day other than chuzzing caffeine?
Peanuts, jerky, almonds - anything with fat and protein and less carbs will keep your energy levels more stable.

Chomps meat sticks are my go to. They are high quality and delicious.

Various jerky like beef or turkey
Protein bars but they have shitty macros

Drink more water
