I think SirTradesALot has summed this up pretty much perfectly.
This is just wrong. Big 4 accounting, WTF? Actuary? No. You lost all credibility when you put the two most boring jobs in the world above S&T.
Thank you for improving the list, but it would be nice if we included the stuff nobody cares about (extended it to include the boring and all)
Do people typically lump in credit research with equity research, or is it just boring as shit?

What number should it be in your opinion?
Listen there is no be all end all answer. People at certain positions have better lives than others and make slightly less. Working a top S&T firm or IB versus a horrible hedge fund is not apples to apples. There is no set answer, but generally speaking hedge funds are above all. But comparing hedge fund to a PE or venture capital firm is not comparing apples to apples.....
The feeling I get after reading this is the same feeling I'd have if a 7 year old came up to me and kicked me in the balls, pissed in my face, told me to clean myself up, and walked the fuck away.
