To all of my POC finance bros, how do you cope with the allure of white women?

The female side of this field is primarily dominated by white women, and it's starting to get harder and harder for me to relate to women of my own race.

To all of my POC bros, have any of you overcome this? Spending countless hours in the office...Surrounded by white women...My attraction towards them is starting to supplant my attraction towards women of my own race. I try to listen to Tupac's "White Manz World" at-least twice a day in order to fend off these feelings, but it's not working as well anymore...

I may just have to give in and date this white woman @ work that has been courting me for awhile...

My mom will be disheartened though.

2) Stop smelling like your mothers kitchen and stop eating spiced food bc of the odor emit

4) Trim your eyebrows wide, unibrows are ugly.

5) Did I mention clean shave?

6) Color your hair brown

7) If you're ethnic I'm assuming you have some wavy/curly hair, cut the sides short and abuse it. So many ethnics don't even realize this and don't take care of their hair.

8) Get into some skincare routine to brighten your skin to remove the yellow-ish hue.

You're welcome.

Going to feed the troll - but any individual having a racial fetish or preference must have some form of sexual neurosis or self-loathing. Why something as arbitrary as race should matter in any facet of life (obviously including dating) is beyond me. You say you are in an office presumably full of white women but I'm still struggling to follow how this matters and why you find it harder to relate with other women? I don't see anything about personality, mindset, and compatibility here - do you just want to be with a white woman for the sake of being with a white woman or do you find them more attractive? What's their edge or are you one of those losers that don't have success intraracially and blame it not being able to relate? Be honest

Seems slightly like a troll post but in case it's not - just date who you want. A lot of times who you date is based on environment. I'm black dating a white man partially because I'm around white men 98% of the time due to being in consulting and living in a historically white neighborhood, so there aren't really many black men around. But not sure what you mean about not being able to relate to your own race just because you work with a lot of white women?

At the end of the day color doesn't really matter and your connection or attraction to the person is the important thing, plus alignment on things like values if you're looking for a relationship. So if you're interested in a white woman at work go for it. If you meet a woman of any other color and end up interested go for it. Your mom will get over color and so should you.
