Trip to Cuba
I'm setting up my 2nd trip to Cuba this year.
If anyone wants to join, let me know. Specially the PE people. As you know, Cuba have HUGE investment opportunities.

I haven't heard much about Cuba lately, can you update me on recent business related news on Cuba.
The reforms are starting to kick in.
Since january 2012, cubans are allowed to OWN property.
If you're a foreign company, you can invest there (example: the governement will rent you a spot for 50 years - for a hotel or any other business).
And many others things.
In Havana, the buildings haven't been re-touched since 40-50 years. The hotel built by Al capone is still the same, right infront of the sea.
