TV shows with phenomenal relationship development?
If any of you guys have watched the first two seasons of Chuck, you know what I'm talking about. Incredible relationship development that hooks you in, but within a show that's cool and funny (versus a lame drama).
Any other shows with great relationship development?
You mean like good character interactions? I really like Modern Family (its my favorite show on TV right now), and it has good moments with the characters. I think you have to define "relationship development"

House has great character dev, so does NCIS. I don't really watch either anymore, though, so may have changed
