If any of you guys have watched the first two seasons of Chuck, you know what I'm talking about. Incredible relationship development that hooks you in, but within a show that's cool and funny (versus a lame drama).

You mean like good character interactions? I really like Modern Family (its my favorite show on TV right now), and it has good moments with the characters. I think you have to define "relationship development"
