Upcoming Phone Interview @ Vanguard
Have an upcoming phone interview with Vanguard for an internship, have any of you had any experience interviewing with them and can offer any advice?

I did a phone interview with Vanguard back in August, and progressed to a super day for a FT role back in September. Feel free to PM me if you'd like. Just be vary that Vanguard has an extremely HIGH turnover rate, and has a repute for toxic culture. They focus heavily on behavioral questions. The 2 or 3 technicals they ask are elementary level. Really nothing you have to prepare for.
The only thing they really care about is your odds of dipping. How likely is it that this person will stick around.
Had a phone interview with them a few years ago for an associate (entry level) position at one of their funds. Very behavioral/HR type questions, no technicals. Ended with a superday invite which I can't speak to because I went a different route and declined.
